DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine minced meat, onion, garlic, bread crumble, egg, chopped parsley, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Knead until well combined.
- Shape into walnut size balls.
- Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat oven at 180C.
- Dilute tomato paste in ½ cup water. Add thyme and stir.
- Brush a baking dish with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Place meatballs.
- Pour over tomato sauce. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- 2 tbsp olive oil
